For most companies, you have to form your mission and vision statements and then ask yourself how your team is going to make those statements happen, which forms the goals of the company. Starbucks vision for 2020 includes hiring commitments, planting trees, renewable energy and food rescue. They also plan to reduce their environmental impact of their cups, engage their workers in environmental leadership, and promote community service at all of their locations.
